Driver training

All our drivers must attend a driver training program which aims at learning the technical aspects: schedules, routes, vehicle and staff assignments, dress code, etc. They also attend sessions on the business mission, targeted goals, internal guidelines and importance of these subjects.

Our success lies on the quality of our services and our drivers must adopt our standards of excellence. It is important to train our staff, however, monitoring and reinforcement is an essential part of our quality service implementation plan. Continuously training our drivers, makes it easy to renew their competencies, assess their professionalism, discuss problems that came up since the last training session and to check their personal commitments.
