The company acquires a transportation service to shuttle passengers to and from Joliette to St-Roch and St-Jérôme. These services are still in operation today.

The company buys the failing Autobus Montcalm. This company catered to Rawdon, Montcalm,
St-Jacques, Ste-Marie-Salomée, Crabtree, St-Paul and Joliette.
These services are still in operation today and 2 employees from the former company are
still working for Le Groupe Gaudreault Inc.

The company Les Autobus Gaudreault Enr. is incorporated under the name Les Autobus Gaudreault Inc.

| 1967 |
Les Autobus Gaudreault Inc. purchase the assets of Les Autobus Boréal.
This company handled transportation between St-Côme and Joliette, Joliette and Berthier
and from Joliette to Ste-Béatrix.
The transaction allowed the company to acquire 4 new Prévost-type buses, as well
as modified "flat nose" school buses and other conventional school vehicles.

The founder, Mr. Roméo Gaudreault, retires and hands over the company to his 2 sons, Raymond and Arthur.

| 1972 |
Arthur departs from the company, leaving Mr. Raymond Gaudreault as the sole chief executive.

| 1985 |
The company signs one of the first contracts with an intercity transport committee,
namely the CIT Joliette Métropolitain, which comprised the municipalities of Joliette,
Notre-Dame-des-Prairies and St-Charles-Borromée.
This 5-year contract enabled the company to purchase 3 MCI Classic buses; and then started the first urban transport operation on February 1st, 1986.

Les Autobus Gaudreault Inc. acquires the company SABEM from Repentigny. This business provided a school
transportation service in the Repentigny region, and also boasted an extremely well developed chartered
transportation service in Quebec, as well as in Ontario and the United States.

| 1988 |
Signing of a new contract with the CIT Montcalm to provide transport from St-Donat through Rawdon all
the way to the Radisson metro station in Montreal.

| 1990 |
The company signs a contract with the city of Repentigny to undertake public transport in the city,
as well as from Repentigny to Montreal, right up to the Radisson metro station.

| 1991-1992 |
During this time, the company acquires Transports Fagnant Inc., Autocars Murray Hill Inc. and Scobus Inc.,
now known as Scobus (1992) Inc. Transports Fagnant provides school transportation in L’Épiphanie.
Autocars Murray Hill Inc. specializes in chartered transportation in Quebec,
stretching out to Ontario and the United States.
Scobus (1992) Inc. owns 7 premises in several cities of Quebec, and specializes in school transportation.
The acquisition of Scobus Inc., complete with its 450 vehicles, propelled Le Groupe Gaudreault Inc.
to the ranks of the most important private carrier in Quebec.

Le Groupe Gaudreault Inc. acquires Les Autobus Pellerin Inc., now known as Autobus Pellerin (1996) Inc.;
this company handles school transportation, including field trips, extracurricular activities and chartered
outings in the Trois-Rivières region.
Le Groupe Gaudreault Inc. also institutes the Raymond Gaudreault Foundation, which aims to help young people
who have trouble integrating socially.

Acquisition of Autobus Thomas Inc., distributor of commercial and school-type buses in Drummondville, and of
the school carrier Entreprises Adonias Laurin Inc. in St-Jacques-de-Montcalm.
Le Groupe expands its intercity and urban transportation services to the cities of Le Gardeur and Charlemagne.

Le Groupe acquires Autobus 2001 Inc., the school carrier of Louiseville, now under the division Scobus (1992) Inc.

| 2001 |
Since January 1st, 2001, the company offers its services on behalf of the CIT Le Portage, servicing the
municipalities of Joliette, its surrounding areas, intermediary municipalities, and Montreal.
|
| 2002 |
On January 1st, 2002, opening of the Terrebonne site to accommodate the clientele of the CIT des Moulins.
In late 2002, the company sells its operations in Coaticook and acquires Autobus Lachenaie Inc., which provides
school transportation, including field trips and extracurricular activities.
